First post in the Reclaim Help Thread (link in my signature) will give you the addresses for the DPA letter, then first letter of your actual claim should go to your local branch. Although some people don't want to use that as they know the staff so send to HO and the claims will be passed to the right department. The list of registered addresses should be used when it comes to any court claim.

hi, there isn't an address for the clydesdale bank in the DPA post but there is in the second post, do i use this address for the DPA letter as well?

I got in touch with the clydesdale and they told me i had to send a letter to my local branch, which i did today, will i still get the statements for the last 6 years or will i have to send another letter to the glasgow address?
