Im about to send off my first letter requesting the charges back.
Just a quick question.... does it matter if I send it to my branch (which is Birmingham, but don't live down there anymore) or a local branch which would be in Leeds or Garforth where I live now.

Can someone please help? I'm about to send off for my statements for the past 6 year for my Clydesdale bank account and for a visa card i have through Providian national bank(Monument)

I'm not sure which address to send the clydesdale one to as i've seen two or three different address's and I haven't got a clue where to get the Providian/Monument ones from can someone please advise me?? thanks

just beaware that u will probably have to take lloyds to court where u will win just follow martins guide and u will win just put my moneyclaim in just a case of waitin now goodluck

I have addressed mine to my local branch where the accounts are held, im sure someone here who has been successful in their claim will let you know correctly! Good luck with your strive to reclaim charges!
