Having done a search of the forum and Marbles' own website, I can't find an address to send the first of my claim letters.

The advice thread has an address for Marbles statement requests, but not claiming.

Anyone got any ideas / success stories for Marbles?

I need to send a letter to natwest mastercard data protection to get a list of my charges since i got the card 3 years ago, but there was only a natwest address specified and i was always told they are run as independant companies and as such writing to them will be of no use to me?!?!

I have been charged over £1000 in the past 8 months on one account, so i am going to try and claim back the money.

I have read many of the articles in these threads but i am not sure who i address the letter to.

Do i send it to the brach where my account is held or to a head office.

My starting point is with Barclays but LLoyds TSB are on my list too.

Any help on who to contact would be great.

I hope to keep you all informed and hopefully post a sucsess story in a few months.

If you have your statements detailing the charges then you write to your bank branch in the first instance.

If you are wanting details of your bank charges then the address to write to is listed in the sticky at the top of the bank charges forum.
