  • I am about to write a reclaiming letter regarding my Tesco Visa Card & Virgin Credit Card - Do I write to the bank i.e. RBS/MBNA or Tesco/Virgin?? Do I also have to amend the letter slightly to just say "late payment charges"?
Hope someone responds asap as I'm on a roll this morning!:rotfl:

Send to your Local branch and dont get worried when you receive a response from the head office. Send all coerrespondence to the your local branch.

I complained in writing to my local natwest branch about a particular charge of 38.50 . The letter was passed to their customer complaints or service dept in Manchester. I have been offered 112 pounds as a one off goodwill gesture.

Obviously their refunding previous charges as well rather than the one charge i complained about. So im going to accept.

Unfortunately ive accidently shredded the documents they sent a letter accepting no wrongdoing and the form to send back so i need another one. ASny idea who to write to? I do have an offer reference number which i jotted down.
