If we've got our mac from them which states we have until the end of Feb to use it, can we still use aol from tomorrow until we get switched over?

Just use AOL as normal until the switchover date you are given from your new ISP

You need to tell them you want to cancel as the t+c's have changed and you dont agree to them, so you are entitled to leave without penalty which is your legal right
