How can it be a happy ending for all three parties? Unless perhaps there's a fourth hidden away somewhere!
I haven't bogged off yet, and I ain't no babe

It was a happy ending for all 3 (4) in my case. For me, my now OH and for his wife, who could then move in the bloke she's been off sha99ing while her husband stayed in with their kids every Saturday. It's not always black and white, and the poor, wronged wife, isn't always. Not sure her now OH is happy, still.******** Never be a spectator of unfairness or stupidity *******"Always be calm and polite, and have the materials to make a bomb"0 -

If anyone posts here, the fourth party is the audience here - not a snow bal'ls chance in hell of keeping them happy - perhaps a sure fire way of souring an extramarital relationship - if you want it soured0 -

Sounds like in that case there was little or no commitment left on either side, so it's not quite the same thing is it?
Someone's always going to get hurt when two women love one man, or vice versa.I haven't bogged off yet, and I ain't no babe

But shouldn't they both have moved on before starting an affair? Isn't that what everyone's saying on here?******** Never be a spectator of unfairness or stupidity *******"Always be calm and polite, and have the materials to make a bomb"0 -

Yep I believe they should.
Were there children involved? Did they escape without any upset?
Not trying to get at you, just interested. I would imagine it would be quite rare to have affairs within a relationship and no hurt at all be present. If this is what happened in your case in my opinion you have been very lucky!Give me the boy until he's seven and i'll give you the man.0 -

Unless it was one of those "open" marriages, which I believe can work for some couples, although goodness knows how.
If they were both sneaking around trying to "get away with it" then it does seem rather sad, and yes, a bit sordid.I haven't bogged off yet, and I ain't no babe
