Could be.

An alternate ending, could be that the wife found out and accepted PTN's into her marriage bed. The three of them are now living happily together and the kids have two Mummy's.
The bloke gets two women in bed every night and is beginning to wish he's younger. PTN's has to finish off the wife with a strap on accessory.

A nice happy ending for all.
