Crikey! And I thought mine was bad!
He still requires asking and pushing though. He told me last week he was going to hoover at the weekend. By Saturday evening he hadn't done it, so I said 'Oh, could you please hoover up tomorrow' and he said 'Yeah, of course'. But, by early Sunday evening, it still hadn't been done. I don't want to nag anyone (I don't feel I should have to), so I just did it myself. Cue lots of apologies and thanks, and 'you should've reminded me. Just once would've been enough.'.....me (laughing) 'I did remind you. Yesterday. But nothing happened, so I did it myself.'. Cue more apologies and thank you's.
Funnily enough, he's tidying up after himself a lot more this week, and started to put away some bits that have been out for ages and driving me crazy!February wins: Theatre tickets0 -

He was truely amazed and remains, years and years on, somewhat confused about what a light colour is compared to a dark colour.....if he does all the whites ok, and all the dark woollens ok I have no gripe grouping colours together myself....takes me moments, but him an agnst ridden 15-20 mins so I'd rather spare him the indecision.
I actually like doing laundary...its easy....I just hate seeing a rogue sock appear infront of the glass door and stick its tongue out at me.
I really like doing laundry as well , the only bit that annoys me is having to fold clothes. Shame they haven't invented robots that do that yet. It's not easy having a good time. Even smiling makes my face ache.0 -

All the more reason for him to tell her first.0 -

ATM the affiare is a risk to his marriage but only a percentage risk....we all take those every day....there is a risk we'll get knocked over if we jay walk, but we still do sometimes....but when we see a bus coming....like last week....we only keep walking if we want to be hit.....IMO, he doesn't want the full time relations hip enough or he'd have taken PTN's cry for more recently seriously enough to take the hit.
Well yes that is true we do all take calculated risks of course,he thinks it is worth it maybe because he things the odds are that he wont get caught anyway, maybe because if he did get caught it would give him an excuse,we can't really know what exactly makes it worth the risk to him personally.
I completely agree that if he truly wanted a full time commited relationship with PTN he would have taken that ultimatum seriously and i think that by not giving an answer he is either clarifying that he wont be leaving or playing for time but he has had plenty of that already.
This is what i mean by guessing too, only he really knows his true intentions and its about time he stopped with the games and stated them, for PTN this has to be the worst part i think,at least if he said he was not going to leave she would know and be able to decide if she was willing to carryon as it is or walk away.0 -

OMG you are not going to believe this, remember gazillions of posts before I posted on this thread about my ex friend that her OH went to the pub and never came home and she turned bitter and sour, full of venom, alienating people including myself and hard a really hard trme of it?
Well... I went to a new hairdressers one I have never been to before and there in the walk way walking towards me was my ex friend:eek:
She was walking towards me and I was thinking 'no it can't be' I haven't seen her for years, well it looks like her, I think it is her, closer she comes, yes it is her, she looks at me and I her and we both do the grown up adult way of handling unexpected moments, we walk straight past each other without looking back:rotfl::rotfl:
I have lost a ton of weight since I last saw her and my clothes sense has changed as my hair and colour but I still think she did recognise me.
I guess nothing can be achieved by going backwards:o0 -
It's like an addiction I suppose. We both know it is wrong and will ultimately end up with someone getting hurt, but at the time it feels so good that we don't think about these things. It's very selfish I know. Of course if he was to find himself single in the future I would jump at the chance of being with him, but in our present situation it would not and could not happen.
If we got found out it would kick off big time so we are very careful. He has much more to lose than me but apparently I'm worth the risk...
Honest with yourself at least.Lotus-eater wrote: »Couldn't work in sales, not a suit kind of person, too honest and forthright. I run my own business part time now and when I have a customer who doesn't need anything, I tell them, I've lost alot of work because of it.
I also don't work for people I don't like, often undercharge for older people, see I'm an angel :A
Sounds like my brother, or our born-again stonemason, but neither has just married so they're not you:D

As I mentioned in my first post (page 178), I do believe his wife now has a right to know due to the length of time he has reneged on his marriage contract with her. He clearly has no respect for her, or he'd at least have the good grace to be honest. The only reason he won't tell her - that I can think of - is that he doesn't want his marriage to end (for whatever reason).0

The alternative is hoovering (which I hate) and washing up (I also have grown to dislike this). Laundry smells good.
I also like proper cleaning (like woodwork) and ironing....both also because they smell good. I iron way more in winter though, because it keeps me warm!:o
Anyway, in this sort of weather its all bette than gardening and sweeping outdoors. (we have a huge area of concrete that really should be swept every day but just isn't:o)0 -
