does it matter, if PTN isn't with him? At least he hasn't had the lack of class to take PTN. I know someone who lost their job (and they were a director of a business) over doing that a second time.

PTN, you sounded more as if you were seriously thinking about stepping away a couple of days ago, have you changed your mind again?

I do find it vaguely amusing that someone would assume that because he's not with his wife, and he's not with me, then he must therefore be with some other woman!!

Funny enough he did ask me this time if I'd like to join him for a few days because he knew it was somewhere I'd absolutely love to go.

No I haven't changed my mind, but I need to get it straight in my head, or I'll end up going back again. Much as I want to keep seeing him (and I really really do) it's just not going anywhere for the foreseeable future.

I admire you PTN. Your dignified in your responses and do not in any way react to some of the harsh responses fired at you. You appear to me level headed and well justified in your thoughts. You seem well balanced and can tolerate opinions of both sides. For that you should be applauded.

At least you listen to both sides.... and can keep the balance.

His wife is sure he isn't seeing anybody else...

His mistress is sure he's only seeing her and his wife...

He's off on a trip without either of them.

How can there be any semblance of trust in this setup?

I gave up on this thread ages ago but it keeps popping back up so I've been tempted back in! Basically, nothing has changed for PTN except a lot of handwringing and justifications. It might be a record for the longest thread of no importance whatsoever.
