We are both useful members of society, we both work, pay our taxes and are raising future useful members of society. I was my hair regularly and as far as I know, so does he. I have not broken any laws, neither have I killed anyone.
Well that's put my mind at rest
I am starting to wonder if this is for real. :cool:Save 8k in 2013: Member #100

....only morally !!0 -
Purpletoenails, as you say the amount of critcism doesn't suprise you, and it wouldn't most people. So you have heard every angle, all different opinions now.
You obviously already have doubts about the situation you are in, and in your heart you know what you want to do - you really don't need to hear it from a bunch of strangers. The opposite of what you know...is also true0 -

How on earth can you say that you're a person of integrity ? !!!!!! You make me really really angry !
Like clearingout, my ex, after much deliberation, chose the GF over me. My children, 15 and 2 at the time, were devastated, my daughter is still emotionally damaged by what happened. I had no idea at all that my marriage was in trouble, i had my daughter at 43. When she was 2, i threw him out after he dithered for 12 months about who he wanted to be with. This was only AFTER i'd found out about his affair which had been going on for about 6 months. He wanted what your lover wants, to have his cake and eat it.
I despise people like you, sorry if this offends you, but just like clearingout, i've been on the receiving end of deceitful, selfish people and their illicit relationships. Unless you've been through this, you cannot comprehend the emotional damage that is caused by your selfishness. How can you look your children in the eye ? What sort of example are you setting them ? I could go on and on about this but think you'll get the gist ? Have some self respect and end this now, for everyones sake.0 -
If you think this is criticism, wait until his wife finds out.
BTW, I do believe that I read somewhere recently on MSE that a mistress can be asked to pay towards the cost of divorce.:heartsmil When you find people who not only tolerate your quirks but celebrate them with glad cries of "Me too!" be sure to cherish them. Because these weirdos are your true family.0 -
