Have you got any nieces or nephews you can give it to. Or ask your neighbours if they want it. Its better to get rid of it, than to eat it just for the sake of it cos its there.
I had 6 bourbon biscuits last night with a cup of tea. which i shouldnt have done. but it has been done and today i will start again and not let it bring me down.
None of my nieces live down here and I live in a 'child-free' zone. Think i will take it round to my parents'. My step brother is staying with them and he has hollow legs.0 -
I have a confession... I can't do maths... and relied on Google to change from KG to Stones... so I had lost 3lbs not 6... and I haven't changed this week because to be fair I haven't tried... so I am still 13stone 12 for sure. Joys.
WELL DONE EVERYONE!!!! You're doing great!!

Hi everyone
I weighed in this morning and was 208.6 so gained 0.1 pounds :rotfl: I don't care that much about that, I knew I wasn't going to lose this week as had a couple of really bad days!
Will try very hard next week........honest. I really need to get motivated, but my Shred dvd has just arrived at work so I'm going to do it on the weekend, I'm determined!
orangesmartie - well done on the overall weight loss, everyone has a blippy week, I'm sure it'll work out next week. You're very dedicated to give all your junk away, if it was me I'd scoff it all to get rid of it! That's my logic... :rotfl:
rdchick - it's still a substantial loss for a week so don't get despondant over it! You're doing great :A
Frodo - wow, 7.5 overall, that's fantastic! Well done you!
beanielou - 1/2 a pound is negligable, I'm sure you'll find next week it'll drop right off!
Well done all, you're doing really well!

Jumped on the scales this mornign and I have lost 2lb which I am pleased with :j
Did the Shred dvd on wednesday night and managed to get cramp in my calf as I was doing the last cardio circuit so had to stop. Since then I've been a bit of a hop-along but its is easing nicely so I will give the dvd another go tomorrow.

Sorry I haven't been round much to support everyone more
This week has just been beyond busy for me yet again. As a result I am not making a proper effort at eating better, however I have managed to lose another lb this week, so I am pleased about that. Maybe next week I will knuckle down! I know being busy shouldn't be an excuse for not trying hard enough, but some nights it is so hard to motivate myself

Hello everyone
Weighed this morning and have stayed the same ... still a 2lb loss from where I started so not all bad. Its hard when living in a hotel/bed and breakfast 3 days a week but I try and be sensible with what meals I choose. I forgot to add last week I've saved £40.42 to the honeymoon fund. Will add up what Ive saved this week tomorrow
