Well mood swimgs are explained away today (if you get what i mean) and cravings for bad food also explained
Haven't been too good today on the food front either (slap my wrists please!) i have had 2 packs of salt & vinegar crunchy sticks & half a bag of minstrels! i did choose a jacket potato earlier over fish & chips whilst in cafe though so not a total loss!

Hi all
Sounds like you're all doing really well! DFW, don't worry about a blip, it happens!:p
I blew it yesterday and today, d'oh! Yesterday didn't have any tea but did have two choc chip muffins and 3 white wine and sodas and 2 large white wines!!!
Suffice to say I don't feel wonderful today, only just starting to feel normal in fact! But I had to go for my physio at 0930 this morning and stopped in the bakery - couldn't resist, was hung over and starving and knackered from all the exercises in my weakened state!! :rotfl: I was REALLY bad, too embarassed to share, oh no, I will, I had two veggie sausage rolls, a bacon and cheese turnover and a piece of moon cake! Eaten over the course of the day. Just now I had a nectarine to balance it out:rotfl: haha who am I kidding! I have a healthy tea though - a mix of roast red onion and peppers, haricot beans and chickpeas, green lentils and buckwheat. With various seasonings so it's SPICY! Was meant to be for my lunches but as on leave today and didn't want it at lunch due to ridiculous bakery binge, am having for tea.
Back on the wagon tomorrow, plus with my new exercises from the physio, hopefully my knee will improve now and I may start losing if I can sort the eating. Trouble is, not having felt able to exercise, didn't motivate me to eat well either, it's bizarre.
Hey ho!
Having my hair cut in a min need to keep an eye out for her arriving, hope you're all having a good week.
Oh, and well done to all those paying off things as you go through the month! You're doing brilliantly! I've paid my £476 but it's easy as standing order on the 1st of every month
Love to all

Hey all i have done 1 hour 25 mins of exercise today. I do it mostly on the wii and walking. Quick question if anyone knows, i do the boxing every day on the wii(sometimes twice a day) and all of my arms are really starting to hurt. Do i stop and wait until they stop hurting before i carry on or do i just push past the pain and keep going? It must be my muscles starting to hurt i think.
Weigh in day tomorrow cant wait hope i get 3lbs.PAD Maker0 -

Hi All
I have blown it the last couple of days in terms of diet:eek:. Aiming to get back on track a bit more today. I will be heading out for a walk later to work off some of the mega calories I have consumed.
