Just got back from a 30 minute walk, I hope next week to walk for at least 45 minutes a day.

I have also received a back payment from WFTC so will be able to pay a large sum to the water rates Im hoping to pay £400 but it may have to be £300, it was unexpected so had a big smile on my face all day!

Dreaming is a pointless exercise if it only serves to reinforce your own limitations.
For my familys sake I no longer dream, I will plan and I will try and if I fail I will try and try again.
Failing is far better than dreaming. :)

  • So loss so far:

    Starting Weight: 18st 6lb
    6th July: 17st 11lb
    15th July: 17st 13lb

My excuse for the 2lb gain this week is going to silverstone last weekend and eating junk. But we also have lots of junk left over and i'm afraid i pigged out last night :( Buti paid for it, was awake at 1am with stomach ache so good reason to not do that again.

Any ideas what i can do with all the leftover crisps/cookies/chocolates? If they're in the house i'll eat them, but i can't bring myself to throw away perfectly decent food.

Have you got any nieces or nephews you can give it to. Or ask your neighbours if they want it. Its better to get rid of it, than to eat it just for the sake of it cos its there.

I had 6 bourbon biscuits last night with a cup of tea. which i shouldnt have done. but it has been done and today i will start again and not let it bring me down.
