I'm sure once you are feeling better Buffy you will be on track, and like rd chick said, at least its not a gain!

My top tip that I read about yesterday was that capsaicin in chillies is an appetite supressant and may also help raise your metabolism, so I plan on eating spicy food all next week to see if it helps put an end to my evening snacking and helps me to eat smaller portions. Hope so!!

Yes this is very true, just watch the calories, stuff like that always catches me out ;) xxx

These ones are fine - something like 5 calories for 250 ml which is 1/4 of the bottle. so you can have the whole bottle for 20 calories :j haha

I really want to try this but am scared that they will make them too thin . I was one of those teens that plucked them to a really thin line (attractive I know) and it has taken ages for them to look normal again!

Haha, I was as well but unfortunately I don't think mine will ever be "right"... d'oh!

So peoples it's weigh in day for some of us and I actually cannot believe what has happened, as you know I have a kg scale instead of a stone one and the kgs mean absolutely nout to me they are just numbers... Forgetting there is 14lbs in a stone I thought I had lost 2lbs until I put it in the boots diary thing and saw that 88.6kg turns into 13.9 stone... So I have lost a massive
    6lbs

Actually cannot believe it... Just goes to show that exercise and eating in moderation and thinking about what you're eating goes a looong way! Considering I have had 2 meals out and a chocolate bar a day that's pretty awesome!

Hope everyone else has a great success and if you haven't there's always next week! Xxx

    WOOOOWWW!!!!!!!
Well done chicken, that is AMAZING!!!

    Hi everyone! :hello:

Sorry I'm not here much, still busy :(

So... SOMEHOW on my Friday weigh in I managed to lose 1.5 pounds so am now 208.5

    Noooooo idea how THAT happened!

Well done to all who have lost weight and got money paid off debts - I've paid my usual £476 this month. Skint as you like!!!

I've been intrigued about the 30 Day Shred and was annoyed I couldn't get one, I love fitness dvds! However, fate is on my side as after I post this week's receipts and barcodes for ShopAndScan, I will go over 10000 points again, so can get £10 Amazon voucher! Yay! Know what I'll use that for!!! :rotfl: :T :j
Just hope my knee can do it asexercise is non-existent at the moment still because of it. I have my second physio on Tuesday, so see what he says, but he wasn't too much help last time it must be said!

Anyway, have a lovely week all, I shall try and pop on more I promise! Just hideously manic with work still at the moment.

Love to all, and really well done, you are all doing fantastically :T

Just been for a bike ride and got back just in time as it has started to rain. Cant wait til weigh in on wednesday for weigh in. hoping for 3lbs to get to my first goal of a stone lost. I have told myself i am going to treat myself with every stone i lose, but not by eating so when i reach a stone i will be booking into the hairdressers and treating myself to a haircut, its getting way to long now and really does need something doing to it.
Havent ate very well today though, had a banana for breakfast and 1 slice of wholemeal toast for lunch, so when i get home, i need to get a nice dinner to keep me full.
