I have just been on my morning walk/jog and I have jogged all the way round without stopping:j This is the first time I have been able to do this, so I am feeling quite proud of myself.
I would love to be able to jog all the way around the block without feeling like I am going to die when I have finished. I am hoping that will happen someday.
I hope everyone has a good day today:money:Smile loan - £2821.98 / £0:)

Hi All
Well done on all the wieght losses. I have not weighed myself as I am away on holiday but may not weight myslelf. Have been fairly good but had a bit of a blip diet wise yesterday. I will get back on track today. There is a cross trainer here in our cottage so I plan to have a go on that later today.
Debt wise - no more money put towards debts and we seem to be spending our holiday money too fast.
Keep up the good work everyone.

Well done everyone, Allie I hope you're having a nice hol, where are you staying? Well done newlife, I need to start running, I can't run for nothing!
So yesterday I made a banoffee pie for my BF as it's his favourite and his old housemate (male) used to make it for him, or as I call him, the ex wife! So I made one and they say it's 669calories per slice!! Anyway I had hardly eaten anything yesterday so had a piece, thought this morning I'd have gained my body weight in cake but I have lost... I lost a whole lb!! Madness... XxxLife is too short not to love what you do.0 -
Hi rdchick
I am on the Isle of Lewis (Scotland). It is raining today but that doesn't bother me at all. Just read my last post - it didn't really make sense. I meant that I won't weigh myself until I get back from holiday!
Like others on this thread I have had a problem with the scales in the past and was weighing myself constantly - several times a day. I have weaned myself off of this as it was totally counterproductive not to mention obsessive.
I want to start running again too and may go out for a run this afternoon. I have used the 'Running Made Easy' book before which allows you to build up slowly. I will need to start from the very beginning again though.

I will have a look for that book, thanks Allie! I weigh myself every morning as a motivational tool, like if I have lost more weight that makes me feel really great like I am achieving something by what I am doing and that I'm doing well, however if I have gained I know how and why that has happened too so I know not to do it again. I don't think weighing myself once a week would do me any good personally because it's almost a sense of if I don't know then it can't hurt me and I keep eating!
Today the folks are coming over and I am cracking on with my cross stitch for my friends wedding which is on the 21st, not long now... Eek! XxxLife is too short not to love what you do.0 -
