Got some of the flavoured water in peach and lemon and lime, had a lil bit of the lemon and lime but not that keen really. will see how it goes. Only done walking so far today in terms of exercise. will try and get some done later.PAD Maker0 -

Well done everyone on all your fantastic weight losses especially rdchick 6lb WOW!
I joined s.world last week, not very MSE I know but one of my work mates is the consultant. I have joined other groups in the past, but I work mad hours, so can often not get there. If i know i can't make it I will have a blow out thinking I've got a week to get it off. Mad thinking I know, but its the way I think!:o By going her group she knows at times I genuinely can't get there, and she can still catch up with me in work and keep me on the straight and narrow!
When I joined last week I was 15 stone 1lb and I'm 5ft3. To say I was gob smacked is an understatement.:( What a wake up call. I have for some time been 14 stoneish but never before hit 15.
Good news though is got weighed Thursday and had lost 51/2 lb.:T
I have been really good food wise, but after 2 weeks off work, I planned to start the shred when I went back to work on Monday it never happened.:p Plan to start this Monday.;)
Money wise I have paid £100 off overdraft.
Keep up the good work guys,
Frodo x.:jDFW Nerd 1394.

Weee well done frodo! Slimming World is very good I just don't have the balls to go alone since I have moved from my home town! I am very like you though in the fact that I will have a blow out if I miss group!
Had a Chinese last night but nothing huge so don't think there should be much damage. I promised myself I would go to parkrun with my boss this morning but have developed a horrible snotty cold and keep sneezing so that's gone out the window!
Taking the kitten to the vets today for his weigh inhopefully that time he won't get fleas this time...
Have a lovely Saturday everyone! XxxLife is too short not to love what you do.0 -
