  • Hey everyone :)

Think my Shred DVD may have arrived today, woohoo! Went on about a 20min walk today at lunch and planning on 1 later as well if it doesn't start to rain again! And if it does rain I'm going to sort out my stuff for eBay so will be working towards my £50 :)

weighed in this morning and i have lost 2lbs! was hoping for 3 but im happy that i have lost and not gained.
Have already done a bit of dancing on the wii this morning but will be on it again later.

Any ideas anyone about what i could use to substitute diet coke? There is always juice in the house but i never seem to drink it, unless i have no money to get my dc. I want something that will help that tastes nice but doesnt have the bloating that diet coke has.(if any of that makes sense)
:T well done on the 2lb!! I LOVE diet coke and it bloats me too :( i have it as a treat sometimes instead of chocolate (for a sugar craving) because although it does bloat me there are no calories in it....instead of that normally though i now drink squash, sometimes fizzy flavoured water as that also is low calorie, or peppermint tea (love this atm) :)

    Hello peeps!

I'll update the first post with peoples updates in the morning, well done though, you're all doing amazing!

Mum emailed me this morning to say she has lost 3lb so need to up my game before Friday!!

The wind has really picked up here and it's the first time I've heard it since living in our new house (we moves in March) feels all nice and snug now! Our old flat was horrid and only single glazed so was always freezing!!

DFW my wrists are the onset of arthritus too, I had it in my hands when I was about 13, couldn't even write, had to use a laptop until they diagnosed me... Then with a bit of swimming and some meds it went away! Also had raynards disease too at that time and my whole body would go blue even when sitting in front of the fire, I was a strange kid!!

    Xxx
