So jealous that your going silverstone, i was going to go last year with my ex, but didnt go due to us splitting and me not wanting to waste my money on him. WILL go one day tho
Slightly OT:
I wholeheartedly recommend you go one year, its an unforgettable experience of motorsport is your thang.
My ex had always promised to take me but predictably failed to deliver. So after we split up I decided I was going to go and I just went and booked a ticket. Was going to go on my tod – didn’t care, just wanted to be there. Anyway, I joined a few motorsport forums and posted for advice etc on camping near the circuit and got talking with a couple of girls who said I could camp near them.
We met beforehand (for Monaco weekend) to see if we got on and had a great weekend, so we knew Silverstone would be a success. So I found people to camp with but they were sitting elsewhere for the race (we could sit together for practice/quail). But I got talking ot the people round me before the race so it wasn’t lonely lol. Then the next year I’d made some other friends via another F1 forum so we decided to camp together as a big group and we haven’t looked back.
A couple of the girls I met on the forums (and one girl I met outside Ralf Schumacher’s motorhome(don’t ask!!)) and I now go to races/tests all over. We’ve been to Monaco, Spa and Hockenheim as well as Silverstone and next year we have an epic trip to Montreal and Texas planned. Following F1 isn’t a very MSE hobby though L
To make this post a bit more OT: I’m bloody starving and trying to resist eating my lunch. Had porridge for breakfast and am now guzzling water.0 -

I don't know where the BF got them from, think his mum bought them him in Holland, sadly though it's in KG rather than stone so really hard to work out, luckily the lights make me know whether or not I have lost anything!! xxxLife is too short not to love what you do.0 -

So did I  I bought everyone donuts (£3 for 30 in tesco!!) so because my car passed the MOT and I have been here a year (and hate it but that's not the point) I decided to get some -- meant I also had to eat one... but it's Tuesday and the official weigh in isn't until Fridayxxx
