It costs £5.85 with FREE delivery from Zavvi (go run and get it!!) Wowser though that's amazing about your friend!

Basically it's a fitness DVD from the woman from the US version of the biggest loser. It's pretty easy as in it's not too strenuous and only takes 30 mins - they say you can lose up to 20lbs in 30 days by doing it! It does hurt the next day at firs because you're using muscles your body never knew it had!! haha! But it is great! just go to youtube and type in 30 day shred before and after - you see the results pretty quickly tbh xxx
Life is too short not to love what you do.

WOW is that all!!! Well i have £30 pocket money this month so may have to get that (to add to the collection of fitness dvd's :rotfl:) I love my zumba one on the wii but i get so bored so quick i will have to rotate them all i think! :T
Back again. Had my morning jog/run/walk with the kids. I am running a bit further but still a little pathetic at it. I hope to do better soon.

All that talk yesterday on vices kicked me off track. I ended up eating a packet of chewits. I first had half a pack and then I couldn't leave the other half in the cupboard all on it's own :o. SO I HAD TO EAT IT. I just can't help myself. I have eaten another pack today, so I can't have anything like that for the rest of today.

The kids think I am hidding all the sweets from them, but I am trying to hid them from me. I just can't be trusted.;)

I will try and go for a walk later this evening just to make up for it.

Ah don't be too hard on yourself hun, At the weekend everyone was eating rubbish and i just joined in found it too hard so sit there and watch everyone else eat it.......i'm also the same if it is in my cupboard, hence i don't buy it anymore and if i do i only buy small quantities so if i do go off track i can't do it by very much lol...we'll all get there! x

  • Afternoon all, wow it's great to see so many people on here giving eachother support, definatley will help us all along our way!

Though just reading through all of yesterday's posts about vices has made me really hungry  (goes to fill up another pint glass of water...)

Weekend was a total bust, so today is the 1st day my 6lb goal. I walked to work, 1.5 miles in 22 mins, had a short walk at lunch. I have eaten a banana for brekkie (the cheapest thing in the canteen apart from toast) and had veggie broth for lunch. Must start bringing my own lunch in, for the purse more than the waistline!

Great app idea neverlearn, have downloaded it today and will start using it. Just need to work out how many cals I should be intaking.

I cleaned outmy wardrobe yesterday of everything that doesn't fit or was rubbish, not much left tbh but I think it will spur me on knowing I have nice clothes stored that I can 'discover' again once thin :)

Hope everyone has a good week weight and debt busting. Mmm at the mention of debt busting havent done anything for my extra £50 target yet, except the 2 things I put on ebay, still early days!
    Total debt £5203.68 :doh:_pale_:whistle: Savings £15
    Target weight 135lbs Current 240+lbs

Well not a great start to the day as I forgot to make lunch last night and didn't remember this morning, so no lunch. I was going to the supermarket for dd in my lunch hour and didn't want to pig out on rubbish as I always do when I shop hungry. So when my manager bought in doughnuts for all I had the choice of being healthy and then spending more in the supermarket or eating a doughnut and saving money. Knowing the state of my bank account as money hasn't come in yet that should have  the doughnut won. Not great, but it was lunch and breakfast in one. But I did walk for about 40 mins in my lunch so I must have burnt off some of the calories I ate.

So my task for this week is to get organised so I make my lunch the night before and to have breakfast before I leave for work.

Now I have a problem, an obsession that I need to kick and am wondering if anyone else is the same or has kicked the habit. I am obsessed with weighing myself. I get on the scales every morning, when I get home from work and before bed, plus if I'm in the house during the day can get on several more times. I've tried moving the scales so they are not in the bathroom staring at me, calling me to jump on, but I just move them back and forward all the time. I got my husband to hide them, but he got so fed up of me nagging him to give them to me. So does anyone have any ideas that may help me control the urge to weigh myself?

I weigh myself every morning- my scales remembers me and puts a green or red light on depending on which way I go... so I prefer to only weigh myself once a day, however when living at home I did it a lot. I guess there's no harm in it but make sure you always get your true weight first thing (after a wee!) xxx
