Good Morning All, hope everyone has had a good weekend.
Lovely and sunny in my corner of the country.
I have a had a goodish ! weekend but defiantly a big improvement on a normal weekend.
I have managed to keep off the scales, as I usually weigh in daily.
My downfalls, are bread and crisps. Although i do like sweet stuff, I prefer savory. Greggs corn beef, cheese and onion pasties and there sausage rolls !
I am finding my fat secret App a brilliant tool to use. Everything i have looked for i have found. It even has aldi etc food in in and you can add your own if you can find what your looking for.
Have a good day Everyone

And friends that i have spoken to are adamant that i have to start exercising properly (damned i'm not an exercise fan) so i will build this up gradually with dvd's and wii games
I am with you on that one, I really MUST start and exercising.
WINE a vice for me too.

Well I shredded again this morning, ache a little bit and my tops of my shoulders are a bit crunchy but feeling good - going to go onto level 2 tomorrow, figured do 3 days of each level then rotate it, once I have done 30 days I will try the Biggest Loser DVD I have again for the 6 weeks programme then back on the shred that way my body won't get used to the same exercise!!
I really can't help but weigh myself daily when on a diet. It really motivates mexxx

Hi
I've officially started today as been out twice over the weekend so lots of alcohol and lovely food. Didn't manage to get weighed this morning as I was late up, disorganised etc but I guess my starting weight is 10st 6lb and I'm 5 foot 8. Trousers were a tad tight this morning
I've had cereal for breakfast
I've brought my lunch in from home - leftover salad and couscous from last nights bbq and also got celery, carrot and radishes to snack on followed by a pot of yummy strawberries for desert.
I'm planning on not eating unhealthy stuff inbetween meals, no crisps or chocolate and definitely no alcohol until the weekend
I also need to incorporate a bit of exercise into my daily routine as well!
Good luck everyone xxxx0 -

Back again. Had my morning jog/run/walk with the kids. I am running a bit further but still a little pathetic at it. I hope to do better soon.
All that talk yesterday on vices kicked me off track. I ended up eating a packet of chewits. I first had half a pack and then I couldn't leave the other half in the cupboard all on it's own. SO I HAD TO EAT IT. I just can't help myself. I have eaten another pack today, so I can't have anything like that for the rest of today.
The kids think I am hidding all the sweets from them, but I am trying to hid them from me. I just can't be trusted.;)
I will try and go for a walk later this evening just to make up for it.Smile loan - £2821.98 / £0:)
