  • +2lb gainfor me this week, don't know were it came from, and that was before my long weekend away, were I ate and drank for England. Will face the music at weigh in on Thursday night.

Just to let you know I have so far since July lost 1 stone 1lb :) slow and steady wins the race

Well done to everyone though, super proud of you all xxx

  • Hi guys, just to let you know I'm bowing out on this one for a little while.

Debt repayment is going well but the weight-loss is just not happening.

I've recently found a lump in my neck and until I know what this is I need to concentrate on dealing with it without putting additional pressure on myself. Glad to see that you are all doing really well and I'm sorry to let the side down. :o

You never know, I might end up losing weight as a side-effect of any treatment. Lionel the Lump is on my Thyroid so he may actually be contributing to my weight gain. I will keep you posted but I won't be trying to lose weight.

  • Hi everyone, hope today finds you all well.

Didn't get a chance to get to SW this week for weigh in so I will call it a stayed the same and be really good to make sure there is no gain next week.

I am not ending this month well as I am only 1.5lb lighter than I was at the start of the month despite aiming for a 8lb loss.

Money wise I said I would pay £250 of my smallest bank overdraft, which I have managed to do. However I plan on spending it again next week when I finally pay for my flights to Melbourne.:o

    NOVEMBER

Next month again I will aim to pay off this £250 overdraft and try again for a 8lb weight loss.
