  • well i've been good-ish today! I was going to go for a run, but had my plans scuppered by dh's inconsiderate boss who wanted picking up from the airport just as I was about to go! I've not been picking all day and when hungry I had banana rather than crisps :T!

However after doing so well giving up my fizzy drink fix i'm back on it again :( ok so there are no calories....but it bloats me out, leaves me feeling worse & my teeth probably won't thank me in years to come! (remind me why i like it so much ??!! )

Have made plans to go running tomorrow evening instead now :T will let you know if it happens though lol.

Hope everyone else is doing ok??? How's everyone doing exercise wise? I really struggle to get motivated EVER when it comes to exercise, so if anyone has a good tip to get my butt in gear please share :rotfl:

  • Forgot to say, I am getting weighed on thurs or friday but expecting a gain. I was really unwell last weekend but constantly had the munchies, don't know if this was my bodies way of telling me I was lacking something. Anyway didn't do much cooking while I was sick, so for a few nights on the run we had take away pizza, MacDonalds and chippy meals. I am back on track now, but me things will take a bit to repair the damage.:o
