Hope everyone is well and still on track? Been very quiet on here of late, were have you all gone?
Gained + 0.5lb this week but overall for September I have lost 6.5lbs. I am pleased with that but didn't dosowell on the money side of things. I only managed £50/£250.
For October I will aim for 8lb weight loss and £250 off overdraft.

Hi all, abit quiet on here nowadays, where is everyone hope u havent fallen off the wagon.
I did horribly on the weight loss front in september but did smash my £250 target of paying off the debt.
Should i start another thread? or shall we carry on here? Hope you all return soon.
Im hoping to lose at least 6lbs this month and £250 of the debt again, which will take my debt below 11 grand mark.PAD Maker0 -
