  • Hope everyone is well and still on track? Been very quiet on here of late, were have you all gone?

Gained + 0.5lb this week but overall for September I have lost 6.5lbs. I am pleased with that but didn't dosowell on the money side of things. I only managed £50/£250.

For October I will aim for 8lb weight loss and £250 off overdraft.

Hi all, abit quiet on here nowadays, where is everyone hope u havent fallen off the wagon.

I did horribly on the weight loss front in september but did smash my £250 target of paying off the debt.

Should i start another thread? or shall we carry on here? Hope you all return soon.
Im hoping to lose at least 6lbs this month and £250 of the debt again, which will take my debt below 11 grand mark.

    Hi there

I'd love to join this challenge. Is this the right place or have you started a new thread?

I'll pledge to lose 7lbs in October and overpay my debts by £150.
