Well pleased after last weeks 3 1/2 gain. You go of track for a few days and it takes WEEKS to put right the damage. Serves me right.:o
Been to boot camp at 6 this morning again.:)DFW Nerd 1394.

Frodo are you doing one of those boot camps where you have to go out to them and they shout and scream at you?? if so wow you are brave?! And surely you will see a loss eventually. If you haven't lost this week i bet you will have a big one next week!

We have a girl instructor, she doesn't shout, but she works us hard. We start at 6AM 3 mornings a week in the park. Sometimes its hard to get up for 5, but it does set me up for the day, and I go to work more energetic than normal. I do feel loads more healthier, and I've only been going 3 weeks.
I'm going to and try keep going until it gets too cold!:p
