We have a girl instructor, she doesn't shout, but she works us hard. We start at 6AM 3 mornings a week in the park. Sometimes its hard to get up for 5, but it does set me up for the day, and I go to work more energetic than normal. I do feel loads more healthier, and I've only been going 3 weeks.
I'm going to and try keep going until it gets too cold!:p
