    Hello all :hello:

Well despite falling off the wagon, I've not actually put any weight on! So no change for me. Which makes me feel a lot better actually as I'd got myself a bit miserable about doing loads of running but seeing no changes, so have done nothing for 3 weeks (except lots of baby-making exercise :o ).

    0lbs/8lbs and £700/£500

I'm tempted to lace my trainers up tonight once DD is asleep and hot-foot it round the block. DH gets back in time for story-time, so it's the best time to run.

Well done Mandz and Frodobaggins on the weight loss and samorgo for resisting the biccies! :T :T
Good luck for next week everyone, don't forget those jumping jacks
    :j :j:j :j

  • Well done Mandz & frodo :T:T

I went to my very first zumba class this week and i absolutely loved it :) but it was £5 for 50 mins and at an awkward time (only 50/50 chance dh is home by then to have kids) so i don't think i will be going back to that one :( but it has made me more determined to get my zumba out on the wii :j

I have lost 1 lb this week so thats 2/6 lb so far....not brilliant but it's going in the right direction at least :T

I went running on thursday for the first time in ages too and took a friend who was very unfit and i hate to say this but it made me feel better and that i wasn't that unfit :o (what a horrible friend i am lol) we did 3 miles, but to be honest we walked at least 2 miles because she couldn't do it (to be fair i wouldn't have been able to do a whole 3 miles running either!) but i'm going to try and drag her out again lol!

Savings wise, i had some good news re my tenants. They are leaving this month so i was facing the prospect of an empty house right before xmas- same as last year, which is what eventually tipped me over the balancing act we all perform when in debt!) and i had 3 new people interested! At a slightly higher price too :T so they are hopefully going to sign a contract this month (the ones we eventually decided on) and they are paying 6 months in advance :T:T bout blooming time i had some luck :)!!

anyway sorry long old post there, i hope everyone is still around....pop by and say hi! even if you have fallen off the wagon a little :)

    xx

Frodo and samorgo I'm jealous of your determination!

  • Really wish I hadn't.

Weighed in fully-clothed, post-breakfast. Should not have done that. I've gone over 12 Stone!! I'm now a hefty 12 stone 4lbs!!

To be fair, I've done no exercise, eaten lots of comfort food and then stuffed myself silly last night for my Mum's 70th birthday. It's hardly a surprise. Instead of shrinking back into my jeans, I've caved and bought bigger ones!

    I need some serious inspiration...

How are the rest of you all doing?

    +6lbs/8lbs and £700/£500

At least the debts are heading in the right direction :T

Forgot to write yesterday but i have had a 2lb gain this week. I am going to take this week off trying to be strict and just try and concentrate on a plan to get back into the right mindset and set up a meal plan and look up some more ideas to help me shift the bulge.

My sister has rejoined ww and has lost 11.5lbs in 3 weeks which is also making me feel abit down as now i have competition to be the slimmest sister.
