I have weighed in this morning and have a 1lb loss to report, nothing brilliant but its a loss i guess so that's good :) must try harder next week!

    Hi guys!

I completed August by losing 2.9/5.9 poundspledged and paid off my £476 off my DMP as usual.

I know we're already into September, but I am pledging £476 as usual and I would like to lose 6 pounds.

Between the last weigh of August and the first of September, I piled on 8 pounds!!! Shocking! So pledging to lose 6 pounds will bring me back to my start weight of 210. Grr.

  • Just been checking through my SW record and I included the week I lost 2.5lb in August's figures when it was in fact September.

Therefore I ended August with 3.5/8lb and £0/£250.

Not very good at all.:( However I am back on track and more determined than ever.:j

For September I will try to lose another 8lb and £250.

    On 2/9/11 I had a 2.5lb lose, but +1lb on 9/9/11 so to date 1.5/8 and £50/£250.

  • Hi all...

Well the month hasn't started too well at all but I've reaffirmed my resolve today and I'm looking to start really trying hard from tomorrow (yes that good old "I'll start tomorrow" line!) - I've thrown all the junk, high fat, high sugar foods out of my kitchen and replaced them with fresh fruits and veg...

I'm committed to never stop trying to win this battle with thte buldge it's just some days I'm more committed than others!!!

I'll weigh in in the morning and use that as my starting weight for the month - with hard work and healthy eating I could still reach my target...

Good luck everyone - keep strong! x

  • I've not gone, just fallen off the wagon, big style! We're trying for a baby, so I'm not sure what to do now in the diet exercise stakes. Happy to report I've cleared another CC though. £420 off Barclaycard yesterday and that's it cleared. Yay!

  • Well done on your loss Mandz and well done on clearing another card booble.

I started again on Monday and I'm doing well so far - I even resisted the bickies at work today so I feel as though I am focused this time! Off to a spin class at 7 so hopefully with plenty of exercise and a good diet I should lose well this week - I'll find out on Monday I suppose!

I seriously don't know which is harder work - clearing the debt or losing the weight! Getting on top of both in the near future is so exciting!

Good luck to you all for the rest of the week - think thin! x
