I got on the scales and it told me <ahem> that I was now 17st 11lb. Didn't believe that. Tried the work scales (super calibrated) and yep they say the same (the work scales were where i got my original weight on Friday). I know its mostly water anyway but i feel inordinately chuffed! i expect a lb or two to appear back over the weekend and i'm sure i'll lose a few £££ at silverstone because i can never resist shiny merchandise.

Hope everyone has a good day. Sparkerly - we all have really crappy days sometimes. One thing i found is keep some carrot batons in the fridge, so when you get home from work feel tired and crap...munch on those while you decide what to have for tea. A little bit of sweet or glass of wine won't hurt here and there.
  • Wow debtfreewannabe, 80 sit ups is impressive! Well done! I have just started the 200 sit up plan can only just do 5 in row before I'm crying!

Rdchick, my work is the same, the office is full of people but no one talks for longer than a few minutes, it's always really quiet. I am not a chatterbox but it would be nice to have a bit of noise!

As for the doughnuts, I would have done exactley the same thing, I don't think I would get annoyed with myself if I just ate one, but I can never control myself, if cake, choc, sweets, etc is there I just keep eating til it's gone :(

Brought my lunch in today and brekkie and snacks, banana and a penguin :) so should be a no spend day today.

Money wise, my items on ebay are being watched by a few people, no bids yet, but as they are collection only I don't expect a lot will happen, must get more on!

Have a good day all! :)
    Total debt £5203.68 :doh:_pale_:whistle: Savings £15

The urge to eat chocolate right now is becoming overwhelming - must resist, mmmmm chocolate!!

I fell off the wagon abit yesterday as I had a chocolate digestive at a clients and ate 3 golden cream crunch biscuits with my coffee at home :o

    Todays plan

    Breakfast - cereal - Done
    Snack - banana - Done
    Snack - pear - in a minute
    Lunch - tuna, pasta salad
Dinner - Pasta with a roasted veg sauce
    Yoghurt for desert

Hopefully I can resist all the lovely temptations at Mr S later!

weighed in this morning and i have lost 2lbs! was hoping for 3 but im happy that i have lost and not gained.
Have already done a bit of dancing on the wii this morning but will be on it again later.

Any ideas anyone about what i could use to substitute diet coke? There is always juice in the house but i never seem to drink it, unless i have no money to get my dc. I want something that will help that tastes nice but doesnt have the bloating that diet coke has.(if any of that makes sense)

Juice like fruit juice is generally quite rubbish for you and has LOADS of cals. I'd rather go for a no added sugar squash or something like that.

I need to lay off the coke too though as I want to get rid of all my celulite too and that's gonna be a mission!! Nice!

Choo girl don't deprive yourself of stuff as you'll end up binging!! get some options and have a hot choccy or something like that to curb the craving ;) I had 4 jam donuts yesterday and have stayed the same this morning as I was yesterday... a miracle I know but just goes to show that a tiny bit (or a binge in my case!!) of what you like doesn't do you too much harm!!

KEEP GOING PEOPLES, YOU'RE ALL DOING SUPER DOOPER!! XXX
