So peoples it's weigh in day for some of us and I actually cannot believe what has happened, as you know I have a kg scale instead of a stone one and the kgs mean absolutely nout to me they are just numbers... Forgetting there is 14lbs in a stone I thought I had lost 2lbs until I put it in the boots diary thing and saw that 88.6kg turns into 13.9 stone... So I have lost a massive

Actually cannot believe it... Just goes to show that exercise and eating in moderation and thinking about what you're eating goes a looong way! Considering I have had 2 meals out and a chocolate bar a day that's pretty awesome!

I did not weigh myself as I was a bit nuaghty last night, but will tomorrow morningHopefully the jog home from work will help with that
