    Hi guys

jumping on VERY quickly as about to start work but had to say - Mandz Tesco do flavoured sparkling water, it's in bluey colour 1 litre bottles and they're 3 bottles for £1.10. They're actually very yummy, why not give them a go? My fave I think is the white grape and blackberry but they do LOADS of flavours

So, woke up too late for shredding this morning but took my own car to work so at 5:30 I am outta here! I will then be shredding and cleaning before the BF gets home burning a ton of cals! :D

I am feeling VERY bloated today - probably the time of the month but JEEZ it's making me feel like a balloon

I secretly weighed myself this morning, still no change probably because the time of the month I'm holding water or whatever is meant to happen :D Nice!

I have thrown the extra doughnuts that have been hanging around the office kitchen for days now in the bin for two reasons 1. they're probably going to be walking out soon and 2. I need to stop eating them!!

I'm getting my eyebrows threaded this lunchtime, actually cannot wait!

Hope everyone has a lovely day and not get too wet! Chucking it down here!

    Much Love

Just had the eyebrows threaded... JEEZ it hurts!! I would say more than waxing! They currently just sting and tingle but they look great - totally recommend it :)

I really want to try this but am scared that they will make them too thin . I was one of those teens that plucked them to a really thin line (attractive I know) and it has taken ages for them to look normal again!

Just tell them to tidy them up or take a pic of how you would like them, mine grow like an upsidedown beard (lol ok bit of an exageration!) but they grow quick and horrid... booked myself in again for 4 weeks time... in August!! Where is this year going to?! xxx

Everyone seems to be doing really well so far! Weigh in day for me tomorrow, I will be happy if I have lost 1lb. I've had my ups and downs this week! Though today is going well. Yesterday was too until I opened a bag of salted popcorn and proceeded to eat most of the pack! Even though I had not long had my dinner and was most definitely not hungry. Really have to get my snacking in the evening under control.
  • Oh My God :eek: I actually went for a RUN tonight

I haven't been out for a run since *works it out* 1993
needless to say i was out of breath, nearly dying 5 mins into it :o i slowed down each time i thought i was going to die lol and walked, then started to run when i got my breath back :)

I am now aching ALL over my legs..partly from run, partly from the vibro plate yesterday! I hope it shows on the scales in the morning!!!
