Daughter is pregnant - at 15!

I think you're overreacting a bit. Person_one was saying this in response to the usual pro-life claptrap that usually gets spouted about how every woman will regret an abortion when in actuality a large number (have no idea of percentages) have no regrets.
Anyway, this is a little off-topic, you should probably go to the abortion debate thread on discussion time.0 -
Oops, above post is in response to mumps.0

Hi, just went and held her and she's fallen asleep. Put a blanket over her, I'll speak to her in the morning and see what she wants to do with the day. A car journey does sound like a good idea but I'd be worried I couldn't concentrate on driving fully, like said!
I might write her a note that she can read if/when she wakes up, or in the morning.
My head is a big all over the place right now but I think I should stop thinking the worst, shouldn't I?0 -

You're her Mum. You're bound to think the worst until you get to the bottom of it.
That's our job, to be tested and worry our bloody backsides off!
You try and get some rest tonight yourself, you must be feeling pretty rubbish at the moment too even though you are handing this really well xxTank fly boss walk jam nitty gritty...0 -
Try to stop thinking about it until tomorrow. Then I think you should straight out ask her and explain that you are very worried and it'd put your mind at ease. You can't tiptoe around the subject forever and it's already been long enough imo.0

Poppy, I hope my daughter feels that she can come to me the way that your daughter has come to you. It is a credit to how you have bought her up that she has responded this way. Yes, she may still have some answers to give but they will come. Everyone makes mistakes in this world, it is how you deal with them and move on that's important. If you can be there to support her no matter what, then that is all she really needs right now.
I feel for you both, I really do. Being a mum is one of the hardest things I have ever done. I don't think I could have done it at 15 but only you and your daughter know if it is something that is workable for you. I actually tell people I was too young at 27 to have my baby! That's just me though, I know some younger mums who have infinite more patience than me and I am supposedly a baby person!! When it is your own, it is so much different.
Please do keep us updated, it will help you to offload.:A

Yes but I think it requires your daughter to be totally honest with you - do you think that her dad is going to accept a shrug of the shoulders when he asks who the dad is?2014 Target;
