had a good session last week, the first week of the plan (walk 2 mins/run 2 mins) is just about within my fitness range.
June, and the prospect of running 5k flat out, seems a very, VERY long way away :eek:
but im enjoying myself which helps.
today i bought shorts, because its too hot for running in tracky bottoms at the gym. we go to a very well equipped gym with a tv/audio system, so yesterday i worked out whilst watching kavanagh QC :rotfl: its a dog's life know thyselfNid wy'n gofyn bywyd moethus...0 -

I've just signed up for my local Race for Life, which is a charity race for Cancer Research UK. As you've probably guessed i'm here to beg for sponsorship donations from all you generous People!!!! Any amount whatsoever.
