Sorry that I've not done this sooner - life got in the way of my being organised

DD and I ran Pontefract on 15 July. Despite her doing no training, and being very nervous, she ran it in 30 mins (and could have done it faster were she not keeping me company until her final sprint :T ). I finished in 35 mins which was a personal best for me.

We raised over £200, so thanks to you all :A

OMG I did that same race too!!!! I did it in 32 mins and 14 seconds - it was bloody horrible weather wasn't it - I could have run faster if it wasn't so damn slippy!

So we'll likely have seen each other :beer: Yep, lots of wet weather and mud, but it beats running at York in the evening heat :T

Quite possibly!!!! I did Sheffield the year before - it was a blazing hot day but much easier on the legs as the ground was more stable lol!!! I was gutted I missed Sheffield this year the atmosphere at the don valley stadium is brilliant!:j
