crd3000, don't worry too much, I like to take this "no reply" thing as a good sign, as if they want to reject your claim they would rather do it ealier than later.0

Can some one explain to me how exactly this works ?
For example i wish to book hotel Praga in Madrid for 16-19th June, on easyjet hotels it says it will cost £154.
If i was to book, is there any way of claiming money back ,if so how much, and how ?
Thanks0 -
Ash213, if you can spend 10 mins read the first couple of pages of this thread, it's all explained very clearly. If you have found the deal you want and the comparison website, I'm sure lots of people here will be very happy to check it for you if you can post the details here.0

I have read through, but still not clear, i can gather that i find one deal on one site, and if its cheaper on another , the first site will match it and refund you the difference, is that correct ?0

Put simply run a search on https://www.hotelscomparison.com and run an indentical search on https://www.easyjethotels.com
1) have a scan through the pages on the comparison website and see where Hotelopia is a lot dearer than the cheapest (hot hotelclub, active hotels) but the find-rooms.com quote typically (octopus travel, hotelopia etc are ok).
Some hotels it is glaringly obvious. When you have found one, find it on the easyjet hotels list and work out the difference then x 2 and knock it off the easyjet price so
If A Hotel was £900 double/twin with breakfast on easyjet site and identical (i.e. incl breakfast) on say find-rooms.com but was only £400. You would get back double the difference capped at the price you paid i.e. a full refund.
When you think you have found a deal post it on here so we can have a butchers. You generally have to pay the higher price and you get the rebate back a week after you stay there.0 -
also try https://www.travelrepublic.co.uk as well0
