I don't know how easyjet can claim that a month means 30 days and not a calendar month. They would need to re-phrase the T&C to say it's 30days or 1 calendar month to make it clearer if they want to fight back.0 -

I booked a suite and now they only have a twin superior - I'm thinking that I will wait until next week when my month is up and then cancel the suite and book the superior room. Added to the problem is that my sister booked same hotel yesterday so don't really want to cancel because she will cancel as well.0 -
Dusan, are you saying easyjet has told you that each person can only claim once in a month and "month" means 30 days not calendar month?0

So as far as I can tell from what JOOLZ said, easyjet said her current claim is not valid because her last claim was on 22nd Jan....based on their 1 claim per month rule. But they didn't explain what was the rule exactly, does it mean your next claim has to be at least one month after your current claim or you can make a claim per calendar month doesn't matter which day it is, hmmm, I should probably email their customer service and ask for an explaination on this term as it's not clear at all.0

Christal, thanks for the responses - yes, I think we better get clarification - I'll ring them as well and see if we get the same answer.0 -
Yes JOOLZ, I don't mind play by the rules, but the rule has to be clear otherwise they can say something now and something different later0

last time i claimed was on 02 Jan, so I have just booked a night in Milan (oh the jetset) in a terribly overpriced hotel (4 star yawn) slap bang in the city.
ryanair flights @40 quid a head. bit of Last Supper viewing, some pasta and a good weekend to come.0 -
