Just wanted to say a belated thank you to everyone in here. I was browsing this thread at some unearthly hour this morning and by lunch time received an email confiming I would receive approx £2500 following my stay. Fantastic find, thanks so much :beer:

Just a note to say that we returned from Barcelona on Wednesday, and £283 has been refunded to my credit card, as promised by EJH.

Barcelona is lovely and the hotel, Petit Palace Opera Garden Ramblas, was nice, especially at £10 pppn! The sun even shone enough for us to have a meal outside on the restaurant terrace overlooking the harbour.

So once again thank you for the help on here........

Blimey, that's got to be the quickest response ever. I would of thought they'd be bogged down with claims !!

Do the prices change very quickly?

Saw a hotel on find-rooms at £339 for 4 nights. Went back bit later and it is now £559!

Is this normal?

In people's experience on here, if your claim is refused do you get to hear quicker than if it is accepted?

I sent screenshots in on Sunday as requested and another cheaper websites details (Within the 24 hours) and they have been received, I rang customer services and she said they are working on it. My booking is for this weekend.

Thought to let everyone know that I got back from Barcelona on 6th, and hotelopia has refunded the £500 yesterday! Great, now really looking forward to the trip to Amsterdam next month.

I have received reply from easyjethotel regarding the "claim once per month" question, it's pasted as below:

"Dear xxxx,

"Once per Month", actually means that if you make one claim in January you cannot make another one in the same month but you can do it in Februray. So even if you make a claim on the 29th of March, you can make your next one on the 1st of April. There is nothing about 30days.
