TBeckett, how come you always got your reply so quickly! I have to wait for at least 3 days everytime even just for the mail telling me they have sent it to HQ!
Anyway, just send mail off to easyjet asking them to explain about the one claim per month policy clearly, will post it when I receive an response.0 -

Just to say guys that I received my authorisation from HQ today that I will be getting a £452 refund on to my credit card after we have come back from Barcelona. I paid £525 for 3 nights B&B at the 5 star Majestic Hotel in Barcelona. I then claimed against an offer that Find-rooms.com have right now for £299 for 3 nights B&B. So I've got three nights in one of the best hotels in Barcelona for only £73!!!
Thank you to everyone who's posted to this thread. This is the best deal I've ever got.
I can also recommend tripadvisor.com for great reviews on hotels.0 -
JOOLZ wrote:Please help - I booked a hotel yesterday - sent the e-mail to easyjet and got an e-mail this morning saying that they couldn't refund me any money beacuade I had already claimed on the 22nd January and I am only allowed to claim 1 per month - I thought it was calender month - does anyone kniow the correct answer.
Thanks in advance
Just had this in reply to my e-mail that I sent to easyjet earlier today :
Since it is not specified clearly whether the claim should be made per calendar month or within 30 days after you have made the last claim, we will process it and will forward it to our head office. As soon as we receive their reply we will contact you back to inform you whether it is accepted or not.
Kind regards,
Stan1651
So, I think from this they have gone back on what they said earlier and my claim is sitting in their head office with all the others.
So, if any one else had had a rejection because of the date issue, ask them again !!!
Hopefully should get a good result.0 -

Has anyone tried booking another "deal" within the 30 days by using their partners credit card and email address ? Just wondered if they kicked it back because the same home address was used.

A work colleague needed 3 rooms in Milan for a total of 5 people for 3 nights, 18-21 May. Because the EasyJetHotels guarantee only covers up to 4 people, I booked 1 room with my card and the other 2 rooms with my partner's card.
Both claims were honoured with a full refund due after completion of the stay.
You don't actually have to enter your full address anyway, just the postcode. This space has been intentionally left blank0 -
