You need to delete ALL Easyjethotel cookies / files etc. Sometimes this doesn't work via Internet -> Options if your IE has corrupt files.

Goto C:\Documents and Settings\**USERNAME**\Local Settings\Temporary Internet Files\ and search for all references of "easy" and delete them (or move them if you're worried that they'll affect anything!

That should work, it did for me!

i thought hotelclub involed discounts etc for members which may weaken the case.

Apart from the above, I have also used findmeaccom.com as comaprison website for my claim and has been accepted, Cubrian Male, can you let me know if your claim based on reserveahotelonline.com has been accepted by easyjet?

Just booked 4* Castille Hotel in Paris, 30th July 4 nights.

Easyjet price £907 for a Superior Twin/ Double with breakfast.
DIYtravel £490.40 same arrangements. Should get £833.20 back.

Just put in my claim and keeping everything crossed !!
