All I can say is "pay your money-take a chance" . Use your due dilligence. check the details. take a screenshot.A polite claim with concise details works wonders. I booked SAT night. Refund authorised WED.

Newbie here!!! Help needed please!!!

Also looking at booking Plaza Hotel Venice. Feb 28 until March 4. HotelClub AND EBookers have this for £200 including breakfast. Easyjet has it for £278. It seems a minefield of info here...Easyjet mentions it will refund double difference etc...IF services, taxes etc are identical. Can anybody tell me...if I do book with Easyjet....does it look like I CAN make a claim???? Confused! Many thanks!

Is anybody else having problems with the site ?
I can get to the part where it says destination dates ect and some times it lets me view some hotels after me inputting my requirements then it keeps sending me back to the first page again its soo frustrating

Any ideas its been like this for days on my pc , have tried my dad's pc and it works fine

I am using Internet explorer ,I have cleared cookies did seem to get a bit further on the site but It still fired me off ...

I think thats as cheap as it gets. Your 4 and 5 stars are available at half easyjethotels price with the likes of bookings,Laterooms etc but these dont qualify for a price match
