Yodel delivery services - AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

You had your delivery within the time spec. The redelivery is extra work for the driver. I suggest you buy from retailers using more costly couriers if you want higher standards.

I have absolutely NO idea, but they are certainly not the only ones being ripped off with wages at the moment, yet others can still deliver good manners and a more happier interaction when a customer is trying to suggest a better outcome for all involved!!!!!!

NO..............I was making it less work for him, saving him money on the phone call AND the petrol, and also the hassle of coming back out, by either catching him up on his round OR visiting house as HE suggested to me! ;);)
And most certainly I would dearly LOVE to.................IF companies stated who their flamin couriers were going to be huh! :rotfl::rotfl:

Well you ordered from a company who are not renowned for customer service(or working conditions for that matter)
To be delivered by a courier not renowned for its high levels of customer service.
You were given notification an item was coming,yet chose to go out.
As for not knowing who delivers. Google who Sport direct use to deliver and Im sure you will get hits. You did the work to find this thread after the fact.
So Sports direct have another sale,Yodel have a sale (though they trade at a loss on the last figures I saw)
So who lost out?

You did the work to find this thread after the fact. - lmao, if YOU did some work you would see I have been on this site since 2004, think I know my way around by now, and been working on the feedback in all the site changeovers it's had.....took all over around 10 seconds for a search and a number of Yodel vents to come up, dude I can press buttons waahaay, and looks like I've pressed yours :T:T:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

Really not sure of your problem here, apart from you just seem to want to vent at people who vent. I don't think you have quite nailed the point to this board, it's about venting about companies and diservice to highlight problems for potential users, not your personal vent board to vent at posters innocently posting correctly.

So with your years of experience.

I'm seriously flattered that you are so obsessed with my life and how I manage it, it really IS so nice of you to care so much as to spend so much of your time worrying about me, truly grateful. Seeing as you know so much, I will run every purchase by you if you want, and then you can let me know if it's going to go wrong or not, now that would be helpful instead of having a go at people in hindsight as you seem to do all day. Be proactive dude, not reactive :D
