Does anyone have a phone number for them which doesn't require you to input a calling card reference number to get through to an operator? Was meant to have something bought from Amazon delivered by HDNL yesterday, however I've recieved no package and no calling card. Tracking just says it was loaded into the van yesterday morning with no update.

Edit: Oh, and I contacted Amazon, and they said they were going to trace it and get back to me, which they haven't yet.

Then you have to allow Amazon time to investigate the delay. How long ago did you talk to them?

  • I had 2 packages that where supposed to be delivered. The first never arrived, after tracking the item on the net it said the driver had delivered it. It never arrived. After i made a complaint they got the driver to re-trace his steps. He claimed he couldn't remember where he posted it (theif). I am still waiting to have my money refunded. The second item was scheduled to be delivered on a seperate day to the first, i tracked the item and it said the driver had tried to deliver and left a calling card. I had been in all day and he never attempted a delivery because there was no calling card either. After ringing up and complaining a Yodel employee gave me the mobile number of the driver. I rang him to see what he was playing at, he told me his manager had told him not to bother and deliver it tomorrow. I said i want my package now and he turned up 10 mins later (lazy). I hate Yodel! It costs me over £10 in phone calls trying to sort out this mess. I hope they go bust and are never able to deliver anything ever again!

I've had three packages from carphone warehouse, delivered by Yodel, all 3 were on schedule. I've had two from Argos outlet (both sent at the same time, on the same order but packaged separately), both delivered ahead of schedule.

So from my perspective they (or rather He) is very good indeed. This is the Newcastle Under Lyme, ST5 area.
Remember the time he ate my goldfish? And you lied and said I never had goldfish. Then why did I have the bowl Bart? Why did I have the bowl?
  • my yodel deliveryman came again today and tbh he is extremely efficient and polite. I have nothing but praise for him and I have to speak as I find. All my deliveries have been very speedy too, in fact delivered before the scheduled date

Well I would imagine that after all of that, they wouldn't want to deliver to your house ever again anyway.

Waited in all day today for Yodel to collect.

TWO yodel delivery drivers showed and dropped of parcels. Both said they cannot take my colelction, as it was not down.

Later checked tracking and is says 'collection failed - can't find address'. I am on a main street.

My local service used to be DHL, before Yodel ruined them in a buy-out. They arrived same time every day.

Now you lucky if they ever show.
  • I purchased a Karrimor winter jacket from Sports direct on 10th November 2012.

It was then supposed to be delivered by Yodel on several occasions according to their online tracking system. (3 Times)

Not once was the the delivery attempted because on each of the days I was in the house due to having time off work. Apparently there was also a "card left" again this mysterious card was as mysterious as the yodel delivery that was supposedly attempted.

I then re-arranged for the delivery to be reattempted on friday of last week.... Yet again, it wasn't delivered this time because of a delay at the depot. I would have happily collected it from the depot... but because i didn't have a "card left" I couldn't even arrange this.

I have now logged onto to Yodel's tracking system this evening to discover it's been returned to sports direct.

Theres no direct contact number just one where you have to enter the eight digit number off the failed delivery card, i never received.

All in all possibly the worst level of no - customer service what so ever
