Hi TooSad, i have read your diary from start to finish today and just want to echo what everyone else has said, that you have done so well and kept so strong..there are bound to be times when it is not easy. Maybe you are right and this whole thing will be the making of you. Atleast now you know you CAN survive on your own...just knowing that gives you so much freedom. I have subscibed to your diary, please keep posting and let us know how things are going. xo

Thank you, funny I haven't even thought of this as a diary but I suppose that is what it has evolved into.

Yes I do know that I CAN survive on my own, and he knows it too.

The other thing I forgot about yesterday was that I bought him a gift last week before he left - I wanted a St Christopher, but couldn't find a modern version, so I had a silver disc engraved and had it put on a leather braclet. He liked it when I gave it to him, I wasn't sure if he would wear it - but he did, he had it on :T It was engraved with a message which ended with "come back safely to me my love x"

My sister says she thinks it is all looking really positive. She also spoke to him yesterday as I couldn't answer my phone and she said he sounded really positive and happy :T:T

Here's hoping.....

Had a nice evening - again! I kept catching him looking at me, don't know if that means anything but it made me feel nice. Feel a bit down today but I think it's because I've had a restless night. Going to a christening later so will be spending afternoon with chums!
Not sure what OH has got planned, I don't think it will be dinner 3 days in a row but maybe I will be proved wrong.
Spa day tomorrow can't wait!

With my sister and two best friends.
I feel better for having a shower and getting dolled up for the christening, there will be some people there I haven't seen for months wonder if they will notice a change in me - Hope they notice I've lost 18lb!!!

Tbh I wasn't big anyway 12/14 but now down to a 10, thank you swimming :-)
