Does the Halifax rewards clarity card still exist?

I had originally applied online but my agreement "got lost in the post" (love the irony!). But turned out better for me because i got offered a lower interest rate in branch than i did online!
Agghhhh. 6 weeks ago, I applied for a clarity card to take to Australia with me as I read that it is the best way to draw money out via ATM.
Got agreement to sign and send back which I did. Now today (4 days before I go to Australia) I get sent another agreement to sign. Guess I will have to find some other way of using money in australia grrrrr :mad:0 -
If you are in (or near) London, get yourself down to Metro Bank. Provided you have all the correct documents and need their criteria (if they have any), you will be given your card in-store whilst you wait.Agghhhh. 6 weeks ago, I applied for a clarity card to take to Australia with me as I read that it is the best way to draw money out via ATM.

The £5 appeared in my account shortly after I received last month's statement, together with another £5 goodwill payment which I wasn't expecting.
My card has now been upgraded and I have received £5. :j
As you said, I didn't receive a new T&C.
I wish I had come to this forum sooner. Thank you all for your help!0 -
I called Halifax today about my CA and they offered the opportunity to apply for the Clarity. I asked about the Clarity reward and she told me it has been pulled for a while now.
Conflicting messages from Halifax about these things.0 -
I had a pre-approved offer on my online banking for the 0% card. Rang them to apply for the Reward Clarity card - they transferred to another department who deals with Clarity Reward. Application was done and received my card without a problem. This was about a month ago. The terms and conditions did start regarding £5 cashback for £300 spent and adviser also mentioned this during application.0

I successfully applied for this card in branch a couple of weeks ago with no problems.

Can you convert a Halifax Classic card over? I got this one years ago when I was a student and needed it for buying abroad but stopped using it a while back as an Egg card was better (never carry a balance). However after Barclaycard (who took over the Egg card) have made a few muckups I'm thinking I should see about getting the Halifax rewards card so I have an alternative that still is worth using.

Did you receive the £5 rewards for your first statement?
My husband also got the card about a month ago. He received his 1st statement last week but didn't receive the £5 (he spent over £300 on the CC and paid in more than £1000 to his current account). He called Halifax and they told him that there is no rewards for the first month. Is it true?0 -
The reward is paid a month in arrears so you wouldn't see anything on the first statement.
Your spending from Oct would be on a statement printed in Nov, the reward payment made on you next statement dated Dec.0
