Its lucky Roxburghe have Mr Sobells signature on autosign or the poor old geezer would have repetitive stress syndrome!
  • There will be no need for a bus.

As defendants its their right to have the claim transferred to their local court, so in the event legal action is commenced, everyone should apply for the matter to be transferred.

I'm sure graham white and co would happily attend....
  • just as an update, although i was bricking it i did not go to a solicitors.. have had same final letter so will wait and see.. if they do take action i will ask for it to be transferred to my local court.. still having a little bit of a panic but managing to keep it together for now

Chillax we must have seen thousands of final warnings from Roxburghe/Whites, however we ain't seen one go to court!;)

They did stick their head up and issue a claim, but then chickened out. I think the case has been stayed for months, Mr White must be waiting for his weetabix to kick in!

Hi corsa, i had very sim problem with ppc. But the above folks have corrected and enlightened me into what a PCN (penalty charge notice) issued by the police\council and what a pcn(parking charge notice) issued by scammers.
Anyway good luck ignoring their letters etc and just keep reminding yourself that its a scamm as all the experts on here have said.
The word about the scammers is spreading like marmite here in the westcountry.
We workers all love it and the ppc hate it :rotfl:
  • Anyone here hear anything?

Out of interest, I've been rummaging around tinternet for examples of "cease and desist" letters, and all I can find are entries in forums like this by people like me asking for examples of "cease and desist" letters. Aren't internet search engines wonderful?

    Old thread - stop reading.

Waste of time reading old threads, the advice changed ages ago in 2013!

THE ADVICE IS NO LONGER TO IGNORE, GET ONTO PAGE ONE INSTEAD.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
CLICK at the top or bottom of any page where it says:
Home»Motoring»Parking Tickets Fines & Parking - read the NEWBIES THREAD

Sending a letter tells the scammers that:
1 - Someone lives at that address and is opening the mail
2 - They could have a potential payer.

Carry on ignoring the PPCs and ignoring the retail areas/supermarkets which are foolish enough to employ the thugs to "manage" their car-parks

"Cease and Desist" letter you are giving them way too much credit, do you think they would know what it is?:p
