I believe they're preying on people who use the cash point outside of the Argos & Boots store in Cardiff Bay.
I'm being accused of parking in a disabled parking space without the use of a permit. Which is an outright lie. I parked outside of the cashpoint, left the engine running, I was there less than a minute, I didn't occupy any disabled parking space.0 -
Glad I found this thread. Been looking for somewhere to park whilst partaking in my regular trips to Cardiff to visit Doctor Who filming locations!

You sound like a real fan. I miss the old villains, they were really convincing - but you can look back and laugh. Take "The Horns Of Nimon" (1979), given we know what the Nimons are when you watch it again - it is hilarious looking back at Soldeed's lunatic character of worshiping this ape like it were a God!

In other news, ignore New Generation Parking. But if you park there again, make sure you pop to the Bay and visit Eddie's diner.
