I believe they're preying on people who use the cash point outside of the Argos & Boots store in Cardiff Bay.

I'm being accused of parking in a disabled parking space without the use of a permit. Which is an outright lie. I parked outside of the cashpoint, left the engine running, I was there less than a minute, I didn't occupy any disabled parking space.

Glad I found this thread. Been looking for somewhere to park whilst partaking in my regular trips to Cardiff to visit Doctor Who filming locations!

(If you're interested, Screen 11 in the Odeon was used)
One important thing to remember is that when you get to the end of this sentence, you'll realise it's just my sig.

My wife and I renewed our vows in July. We had a TARDIS for photos, and bags of Jelly Babies for all the guests, with the proviso they weren't allowed to eat their own. They had to go up to people and say "Would you like a jelly baby" :D

  • You sound like a real fan. I miss the old villains, they were really convincing - but you can look back and laugh. Take "The Horns Of Nimon" (1979), given we know what the Nimons are when you watch it again - it is hilarious looking back at Soldeed's lunatic character of worshiping this ape like it were a God!

So as to not go off-topic:
private parking tickets are fake, don't pay them! ;)

Haven't had time to sit down and watch the original series, but I will do at some point. In the meantime, I'm a massive Nu-Who fan.

In other news, ignore New Generation Parking. But if you park there again, make sure you pop to the Bay and visit Eddie's diner. It's a Who Location, and the Route 66 Burger is gorgeous, along with the root beer floats.

  • What is it? Beef? Chicken? What does Eddie charge?
