i recieved a FINAL WARNING from Graham White today as well...they must be printed in batches!

When I recieved the fine from the Pizz Hut car park, they was actually a man in a white van filming me getting into my car.. are they allowed to do this?

What the idiots do for effect is to print an extract of CPR 31.16 alluding they know what they are doing, but omit various parts as follows:

(3)The court may make an order under this rule only where –
(a)the respondent is likely to be a party to subsequent proceedings;
(b)...
(c)...
(d)disclosure before proceedings have started is desirable in order to –
(i)dispose fairly of the anticipated proceedings;
(ii)assist the dispute to be resolved without proceedings; or
(iii)save costs.

For information, the missing parts are:

(b)the applicant is also likely to be a party to those proceedings;

(c)if proceedings had started, the respondent’s duty by way of standard disclosure, set out in rule 31.6, would extend to the documents or classes of documents of which the applicant seeks disclosure; and

Note the requirement for 'documents or classes of documents of which the applicant seeks disclosure'. They conveniently omit that part as its not helpful to their cause.

If you are going to quote rules and are confident of a strong claim then why not post all the rules.

Hopefully their wage and postage costs exceed the amount they extract from unfortunate people who succumb to this scam.

Its all garbage as CPR 31.16 does not even apply in these circumstances!

(2)This Part applies to all claims except a claim on the small claims track.

I got my Final Warning today from Graham White too! I suddenly feel like I belong! From this and another thread we can hire a bus to court at this rate :cool:

Been reading this thread with great interest - in exactly the same the position with identical sequence of events. Same letters, same dates, same idiot in a white van.

Love the comment about clubbing together for a bus to court :rotfl:
