Will I regret the move from Apple to Android?

Apple haters who make idiot comments like 'as i dont play games or install fart machines i may not fit an Apple users profile as regards apps' are as boring and annoying as the idiot apple fans who say stupid things like 'well, just because you can't afford it...'.
Seriously, the iPhone is an amazing device, but it, like any other phone, has it's faults. No bluetooth file transfer being one, £10 Nokia's have this, yet a £500 smartphone doesn't?!? Epic fail.
I have an iPhone 4, I love it, why? Because it does everything I personally want my phone to do. If the restrictions presented by the locked down iOS prevented me doing the things I wanted with my phone, I'd get a different type of smart phone. Simple. I don't have an iPod, I have a Sony and a Cowon, I don't have a mac, I have a windows PC, so I'd not say I was brainwashed by apple. I would say I liked the iPhone and don't regret spending £500 on.
If the Galaxy does everything you want your phone to do, then no, I don't think you'll regret it at all.
Amen to the reverend...User preference, User funds, Users choice - Try them out people before you buy - makes sense doesn't it?
I have had a long hard look at numerous android phones and recommend them to anyone who asks, what do I think is a good mobile at the moment (San Fran).
What do I own? 3GS
why? 32gb onboard memory, ipod function (I like the interface) and the crAPP store, suits me fine.
Next mobile San Fran - If I don't like it I'll revert back simple.
It's frustrating to see this is better, no that is better...it all depends on who's using it and what their needs are.Tighter than a gnats ****0 -

My tale now (LOL).
Had iPhone, went to Orange SanFran, ditched it for iPhone again, why?
OK, when I download anything onto my iPhone it works, plain and simple. I found that I was frustrated by the fact that I had to download an app killer on an android phone. Then there was the screen, the way that it works on the iPhone is awe inspiring and the touch sensitivity was great, the San Fran was not. Then there's the camera on the iPhone, even a 2MP iphone 3G outclasses the San Fran in every way. Apps.... no contest, not even a slight one... The iPhone App store is easy to navigate (unlike the droid), and apps that are downloaded just work, they dont crash or say 'you cant use this app with your screen resolution or this version of cupflan or whatever'. Accessories... I have a Sony bedside alarm dock that charges my 3G and my wifes iPhone 4 whereas how many people produce docks for Droid... not many I bet. Productivity, well my boss thought the iPhone was so good everyone in the company now has them as a business tool instead of Blackberrys.
If I am a sheep then so be it... It's my opinion and at least I'm not rude about it..

If you'd have spent a bit more, you may have perhaps had a less laggy and glitchy experience - I have a device with Android, and it really is flawless - all apps I've downloaded work straight away, the phone is responsive and fast. The quickest way to become a millionaire is start off as a billionaire and go into the airline business.

Im not disputing that, however look at the original post....'Just because its on the internet don't believe it 100%'. Abraham Lincoln.

Right, do you mean the OP's or yours?
The OP states they've bought a Galaxy S - a far superior phone (specs wise) to the San Francisco.
You state a load of stuff about how you hate the camera, the screen resolution etc... What do you expect for £99? If you'd have gone for something such as the Desire, you may have had a better experience of Android. The quickest way to become a millionaire is start off as a billionaire and go into the airline business.

Here we go...... have I, at any stage said the word HATE? no.......'Just because its on the internet don't believe it 100%'. Abraham Lincoln.

Oh wow,
Ok, you said the iPhone's camera is better than the San Fran's, as well as how you encountered problems with the screen resolution. Again, I raise the point, what do you expect to find when comparing a £400 phone with a £99 one?
Care to address any of my other points? The quickest way to become a millionaire is start off as a billionaire and go into the airline business.

I cant be bothered. I just gave my side of the story. You gave yours. We disagree. End of. And I have sitting in my draw an HTC Hero, which IMHO is still nowhere near as good as an iPhone 2G and a HTC HD2, which is still nowhere near as good as an iPhone 3.

Nope, I'm just stating that I feel it wrong to compare a £400 phone to a £99 phone.
You seemed to be bothered enough to tell me I said something 'wrong', why not talk some more? Why is the iPhone 3 (I assume you mean 3G) better than a Hero or HD2?
