I have logged a call for the 'problem' and they are supposed to get back to me - we will see.

I can't get through still to India/Pakistan - cricket series almost over soon

I have tried various numbers and my inclusive minutes still sitting around too.

Beginning to think the operator has blocked my mobile number after realising I am calling 07744 as worked nicely at first...

they also sent me info on same email that calls from landline to Pakistan & Pakistan mobile @ 10p & Turkey @ 7p have been reduced from today.

Desiman -- when i posted the above i meant , calls to pakistan & turkey from a landline!

calls from mobile still ok - i called pakistan friday & quality was excellent. [i looked at site and calls to Pakistan & Pak mobile are only poss during peaktimes..... probably why you could not make the call - not to do with capacity or poor quality issues.

can anyone clarify - i've got an ovp voda 200 xnet mins tariff, until a few days ago, using sf would come out of my minutes but since thursday i noticed that using sf is not being reflected in the minutes usage .... am i being overly concerned.... ? ta.

My wife just checked her inclusive minutes.
SHE HAS THE SAME PROBLEM WITH RECENT CALLS ABROAD VIA SIMPLY-PHONE! :eek:

I had same problem - i thought...

so i called orange cust services yesterday & they told me they had a billing problem recently & ALL of these charged calls would be CREDITED back next month. no problem!

can someone else confirm this by calling orange on their account!

I had this same problem with my OVP 200, all calls after 6th April to 07744.. were being charged by Orange, I checked my online bill (billing date 8th).
Contacted Simply-Fone on Sat, after they checked my bill, they sorted the problem out with Orange, which was very good service as it was not Simply-Fones fault.

You don't need to contact Simply-fone as it's a billing fault by Orange, you need to take it up with Orange CS.
