    well i did the three matching thing with my orange contract, then my partner called o2 and told them what i have, and matched my contract! also got two new nokia 6230's, some ppl dont like them but we do..

    Did U do this all on the phone to customer services or did U write/e-mail in?

    Did U note who it was U spoke to exactly? If U do please PM me so i can sort this without having to expend large efforts

    From my correspondence with Orange (full detales in 'Orange will not refund for calls to Simply-fone ' thread) I got to know that 'the issue regarding numbers with 07744 prefix has been escalated to OfCom for investigation'.
    Those on T-mobile and O2 and using 07744 access - be careful and check you inclusive minutes regularly in order not to repeat the experience of Orange customers.
