Hi,

I asked Orange CS if the 07744 is a premium rate number and they replied on it is not and it belongs to some other network. This was the reply on April 29. What is this rubbish? I have also complaint about my bill and they told me their representative will get in touch with me after recalculating the bill, but so far nothing.....Very poor service and response time

I am on Vodafone(Ex Singlepoint contract). The best surprise was that just for kicks I called the 07744 number after activating online billing to check whether they cahrge me for it.
Even though today is my billing date which means I am yet to recieve the bill my unbilled calls shows the 07744 number which I used with £0.00 as cost!!!

I would expect the same to reflect in my bill when they send it to me next week!! So though wiwth Singlepoint I used to call to get my credit back with Vodafone it seems I dont need to.

Will keep u guys posted when I get my Bill next week.

Last post looks like an advert to me!! Never heard of them- any one else vouch for them?

Still doesn't solve the problem that all 0774 numbers are chargeable by orange

To let you all know, Orange have refunded me £70.00 plus vat on my next bill for the calls to 07744 numbers from 8-12 april.

Thats really great news Timmybest. what did u tell them? I am awaiting my bombshell bill which is due on the 4th so sometime this coming week or next I shud receive it. Do PM me with your conversation so that I can get them to reverse mine as well.
