well I just checked my bill again (tentatively making slightly longer calls each time!) and 07744 ... and 0844 ... still being bundled on o2!The only exception being when I twittlily made a call before my off peak minutes started, and it looks like having been about 40p a minute, which sounds roughly what I expected for any number I'd have dialled cross net before 7pm (what can I say, I was having a dull moment!). Think I might keep the o2 tariff for the 0844....weirdly the number always workling from my mobile even when not from the landline!!0

Hi,
Did anyone get credit from Orange in the recent bills for the calls made to 07744? Andy I remember you mentioing your case somewhere else.0 -
Yep, couple of friends of mine have received refunds, one by calling, the other by sending a letter. There's no doubt that they'll refund if you've been charged for calls made prior to when the warning message was implemented. If they don't budge by phone, send them a letter, always works,0

Yes, but I hardly caused much damage. There are 4 calls of 18 to 22 seconds pre-charging, the same afterwards, and one of 1 1/2 min. Refund of about £1.20
Some of the short calls were to test a destination I'd discussed with S-F they might be able to introduce.0 -

On another note... has anyone else noticed anything weird about trying to access the same service from different types of phone? When I call a particular 0844 service from the landline I get (8/10 times) 'due to capacity reasons, blah blah' and it won't work. But the next second when I try from my mobile it DOES work!?! Is there some techno reason for this?!
bargain Hunter obviously tried a country which wasnt incl on 07744974363 at weekends.
It def. still works from o2 & t-mobile0 -
